When manually tightening and loosening screws on construction sites and other workplaces, the time-consuming work of replacing the screwdriver head according to the size of each screw groove can sometimes lead to users using screwdriver heads that do not match the groove size for disassembly and assembly, leading to the problem of groove collapse.
To address these issues, Nippon Seiko has developed the Share Cross Cross Ditch, which allows the use of adjacent numbers as drivers. Share Cross can be applied to various fasteners, improving production efficiency.
The shape of Share Cross is a small cross hole overlaid with a large cross hole, so that adjacent screwdriver heads, such as No. 2 and No. 3, can be used together. This structure allows for shared driving surfaces for transmitting torque, thereby achieving optimal adaptation of the screwdriver head and maximizing performance.
